Are you ready for the awesomeness that is Trevor + Kerry’s love? These two met at SDSU (Go Jacks!), so you know they’re destined for greatness. ;-)
Awww, you guys!! I love how you love each other. :-)
Love, love love this photo!!! (If you follow @studiolb on Instagram, you’ve seen this one already. :-))
Weddings in the Black Hills are beautiful, but Sylvan Lake really does have it all – mountains, water, and that seasonal splash of fall color.
There’s something about the way brides and grooms look at each other during their wedding ceremony – it’s the most perfect combination of love and excitement and it makes my heart flutter every time!
Just married!!! :-)
Pete + Erin – Thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your big day! I hope you have enjoyed your first few days being married! :-)
Fall weddings make my heart happy. Add in a historic home and a rockstar couple + wedding party (who were willing to take photos in the rain) and my heart was nearly bursting!
Looking around the room for photo inspiration, Jacquie says “I should play the piano,” and Michael said “And I’ll watch – that’s something we would do.” So Jacquie played piano while her just-about-husband watched. Is your heart melting for these guys yet? :-)
*That moment when your husband is reading his vows and you have to turn around to have another moment with your best friend.* :-)
Being pronounced husband and wife = SO MUCH EXCITEMENT!!!!
After the ceremony we walked over to the park for their reception, stopping for a *few* more photos along the way.
Sharing a quiet moment and a slow dance before the party.
Mike + Jacquie – THANK YOU for having me. Your love is so beautiful and genuine and I love it!! Please keep these photos with you ‘on your boat’ for you to enjoy forever and ever. :-)
Our anniversary + our baby’s new tricks. September was pretty special. :-)
Three years of marriage! Gosh, that seems like such a small number. Nonetheless, it’s been a great three years and we hope it continues to get even better! We celebrated by staying in. So often we spend our free time running errands or working on projects around the house that our precious time together is limited. So instead of making plans, we sat and enjoyed each others’ company and marveled at how cute and amazing and smart our daughter is.
Speaking of which, it took her a day to master sitting herself up from laying on her tummy. We can no longer contain her! She loves to spin and roll and sit up and scoot. Peek-a-boo is still her favorite game, but she has now learned to put her hands up over her head when we ask how big she is. She also grew two new teeth this month and her hair is just barely long enough for bows, which totally adds to her cute factor.
